Product Detail:

High frequency electric vibrator, specially designed for concrete countertop casting tables.
Use when precasting concrete to get a smoother finish, greater density, and faster pouring.

*TIP: When using a vibrator unit, it will be directional- meaning one unit mounted to one end of a table will 'pull' the concrete in that direction. For best results, use two vibrator units at opposite ends of the table, one mounted 180 degrees (opposite operating direction) from the other, which will cancel each other's 'pull' and will create a lateral, or up-and-down vibration, which is ideal for concrete.

115 volt, single phase motor plugs into any standard outlet or generator.
Low amperage draw (3 amps max).
Quite operation: 80 dB.
Electric vibrators typically have 2-3 times the life expectancy of air-operated units.
Available with optional Mounting Plate and Speed Controller.

Speed Controller: Speed and force (frequency) are adjustable with optional Speed Control Unit, to adapt to different size projects. Speed Controller has on/off switch, and overload protection to protect vibrator from overloading. Maximized capability of the vibrator, and minimizes the risk of overload damage. Speed Control Unit can be used with up to 3 of the electric vibrator units (Use a 2 or 3-way electrical splitter to plug the additional vibrator units to the speed controller).
Mounting Bracket: Optional table adapter bracket mounting plate available. Designed specifically for concrete countertop applications. Mounting bracket makes entire vibrator assembly easily portable with two lifting handles, and can be mounted to table either on top, or underneath.

Canadian orders require a CSA certification on the electric motor. There is a $50 per vibrator fee to cover costs required to certify the electric motor so it can get through Canadian Customs. The $50/per Vibrator motor unit will be added to shipping automatically during Check Out.
