• 519 Primer is a unique Nano technology pre-treatment that greatly increases the bond and performance of RockTop CT as well as allows the RockTop UV to dry much faster.
  
• It can be use to facilitate the use of RockTop UV over RockTop CT for repairs that need to be returned to service quickly.
• Also allows RockTop UV to bond to highly polished surfaces up to 3000 grit.
• Helps Fill in pinholes prior to sealing
  

• Application is a simple wipe on, or roll on, one coat of the 519 Primer.
• Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes, and apply a second coat.
• Let stand for 10-15 minutes, and then apply the sealer of choice.
