High frequency pneumatic ball vibrator unit.
Great for precast concrete, countertops, and molds.
Ball Vibrator can be mounted in any position. Mounting brackets for this unit are sold separately here.
Mount multiple units to a casting table, or secure Vibrators to the outside of form work and molds.

*TIP: When using a vibrator unit, it will be directional- meaning one unit mounted to one end of a table will 'pull' the concrete in that direction. For best results, use two vibrator units at opposite ends of the table, one mounted 180 degrees (opposite operating direction) from the other, which will cancel each others 'pull' and will create a lateral, or up-and-down vibration, which is ideal for concrete.

How it works: Compressed air drives a highly chrome finished and hardened steel ball at a high speed around a hardened and highly ground and polished ball race, creating high frequency vibration.

Product Specifications:

NOTE: Pneumatic ball vibrators require continuous lubrication. Components needed for the air compressor system include: An Inline Lubricator, NPT Pressure Regulator, and an Exhaust Muffler if needed to reduce sound.
Pneumatic Ball Vibrator V-250: For up to 250 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 1/4". Produces 1100 VPM, 380 lbs. or force @ 80 psi & 13 cfm.
Pneumatic Ball Vibrator V-320: For up to 500 lbs of concrete + form/mold. Thread Diameter: 3/8". Produces 10000 VPM, 650 lbs. of force @ 80 psi & 17 cfm.
