SHIPPING
- We ship to the US, Canada, and Worldwide.
- Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. We also ship with the US Postal Service. We recommend selecting UPS as the shipper upon Check Out from our store for its trackability, package insurance, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Orders shipping to destinations outside of the US/Canada are generally shipped via the Postal Service due to high costs associated with UPS Worldwide shipping rates. When shipping with the Postal Service, there is usually no guarantee of delivery. Expressions LTD
is not liable for any packages that are damaged, or not delivered when
shipping Internationally with the Postal Service.
- NOTE:
When shipping to Canada or Worldwide using UPS as the shipper, there will
usually be customs duty fees that will be charged to the receiver at time of
delivery, and are not included in the shipping charged by Expressions
LTD.
- Not
all products are shipped out directly from our warehouse. Some products
will ship directly to you from our manufacturers. Most items that
state 'Free Shipping on this item' ship direct from a manufacturer to
you, and usually will add a day or two for processing time before the
order physically ships.
- We do our best to warehouse and keep stock of as
many products as we can, in order to provide the fastest shipping for
our customers.
- Expressions LTD reserves the right to cancel any order, refunding in
full, if there is a problem with shipping. Occasionally the order
process will not calculate the proper shipping amount for a package
(usually only occurs on International orders). In such cases, we will
contact the customer and work out a new order total to cover the correct
shipping amount.
RETURNS Please contact customer service for to begin the process to returning an item.
- All Returns require an RMA number or they will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Not all products we sell are returnable. Some products are custom made to order, and cannot be returned. Please refer to the product(s) description page on our website for information about non-refundable items.
- Returned product must be in perfect, new, re-salable condition, with any associated packaging.
- Returned packages should be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We highly encourage shipping insurance on packages, as any damage that occurs during transit will be the responsibility of the package sender.
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is often passed on to us by other manufacturer's, and helps to cover packaging costs associated with sending out the initial order, labor costs, and other expenses related to restocking merchandise.
- Credit will be issued back on the credit card, debit card, or Paypal account that the original order was paid for with. In the event a credit cannot be issued by this method, a check will be mailed out for the refund.
