RETURNS
Please contact us to begin the process to returning an item.
  • All Returns require an RMA number or they will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • Not all products we sell are returnable.  Some products are custom made to order, and cannot be returned.  Please refer to the product(s) description page on our website for information about non-refundable items.
  • Returned product must be in perfect, new, re-salable condition, with any associated packaging.
  • Returned packages should be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.  We highly encourage shipping insurance on packages, as any damage that occurs during transit will be the responsibility of the package sender.
  • Returned items are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.  This fee is often passed on to us by other manufacturer's, and helps to cover packaging costs associated with sending out the initial order, labor costs, and other expenses related to restocking merchandise.
  • Credit will be issued back on the payment method that the original order was paid for with.  In the event a credit cannot be issued by this method, a check will be mailed out for the refund.
