Please contact us to begin the process to returning an item, by REPLYING to the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order!
- All Returns require an RMA number or they will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Not all products we sell are returnable. Some products are custom made to order, and cannot be returned. Please refer to the product(s) description page on our website for information about non-refundable items.
- Returned product must be in perfect, new, re-salable condition, with any associated packaging.
- Returned packages should be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We highly encourage shipping insurance on packages, as any damage that occurs during transit will be the responsibility of the package sender.
- Returned items are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee, or just the cost of our actual shipping bill, that we paid to send the product out initially (yes, even Free Shipping orders. Just because we offer free shipping, doesn't mean we don't have to pay shipping companies to ship to you). Any restocking fee is passed on to us by other manufacturer's, and covers packaging costs associated with sending out the initial order. Please contact us if needing more information about any product(s) and their associated return fees.
- Credit will be issued back on the payment method that the original order was paid for with. In the event a credit cannot be issued by this method, a check will be mailed out for the refund.
